Who's behind Orchid?

Orchid was founded on 11/01/10 and is currently a team of 5. We're based in Albany on the North Shore in Auckland, New Zealand.

Anna Gervai is Orchid's Director and the person you're most likely to get when you call us. Her experience started in the world of wholesaling and manufacturing before she moved to retail. Anna  owned and managed one of Auckland's iconic stores, Pet Mania, one of the busiest pet store's in the country at the time. She then taught herself website design which is where her fascination with bridging the gap between physical retail and online selling began.
